- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 150g pork (attached grease)
- 30g dried shrimp, soaked and drained
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp soybean sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp m'sow soup
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
- parsley and spring onion leaf for garnish
+ Method
Chop pork and dried shrimp until fine, then follow garlic and chopped onion continue chopping until well mixed. Remove into a large bowl then add sugar, fish sauce, soybean sauce and m'sow soup. Lastly, add black pepper and blend well. Cut a bit tail of tomato, so it can stand.And cut a thick slice of its head for removing the center part, discard.Stuff the mixture into the tomatoes .then bring to cook, it can be both fried or steamed.When cooked, remove on a nice plate and garish with parsely and spring onion leaves.
