Fried Chicken Wings















+ Ingredients:
   - 5 chicken wings
   -1 spoon wheat flour
   -4 spoons butter milk
   -1/4 tea spoon salt
   -1/2 tea sppon black pepper
   - cooking oil
   -half bowl of wheat flour

+ Method:
   1. Mix wheat flour, butter milk, salt, and black pepper, then marinate the chicken wings with it.
   2- Heat the oil in a wok.
   3- place wheat flour in a bowl, then take a wing to mix with the dry flour prior to frying. Fry the wings till it gets crispy red.
   4. Serve with sweet sour sauce, or with khmer papaya sweet sour salad (Chruok lahong).
