- 1 small onion, minced
- 1kg pork bones
- 200g pork minced
- pork meat, pork meat loaf, pork liver/intestines, up to your favorites
- 1 large spoon fish sauce
- 1 full spoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon wonton soup mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 spoon dried shrimp
- 3 liters of water
- 1 spoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon cooking oil
- green onionស, cut in pieces
- chives or cilantro cut in pieces
- rice noodle
- egg noodle
+ Method
1. Heat 2 spoon of oil, add minced onion, stir until it gets very dark brown.
2. Add sugar, salt, fish sauce, wonton soup mix, dried shrimp and oyster sauce, stir till it gets to dark red.
3. Add the pork bones, stir well.
4. Add 1 liter water and let it boil for 1/2 hour.
5. In a small pan, heat 3 spoon of oil, add garlic, stir till light brown. Scoop half to save in a bowl and pour the rest into the soup.
6. Place minced pork in a bowl, add the soup juice and stir well, then pour it into the soup pot.
7. Now adjust your soup to your flavor. Add water or any ingredient to your taste.
8. Cook your noodle in a separate pot, drained it well.
9- Boil pork meat, intestines, and liver in a separate pot. Drain them well prior to slicing the meat.
10. Place a handful of noodle in a bowl, add the soup sauce, top with pork slice, pork fry paste, chives, cilantro, and black pepper.
