+ Ingredients
- 150g pork
- 3 eggs
- 30g salted fish (Trei Prama)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 shallots, sliced thinly
- 1/3 tsp black pepper salt (taste)
+ Method
Chop pork with fish until smooth. Then remove into a large bowl and mix with beaten egg, chopped garlic, sliced shallot, sugar and black pepper. Ensure that they are well mixed. Next, bring it to fry in pan over the medium heat until cooked.
This dish can bring to steam instead of frying, and it is served with vegetable such as cucumber, purple eggplant, long bean and cabbage.
