- 500grams chicken (meat bone) cut into squares boiled (1 bowl)

+ Do:
- Frist put the plant water first the soup, boiled chicken, then pour the boiled water to cover lid boiled again.
- Once boiled add the first sauce, tamarind juice, root leamongrass, ginger, garlic, soup powder, sugar and chicken, cover the lid, about 5mn longer ot boiled extra hole covered up at split.
- When the soup boils water you just added cantonment into the soup is ready chilli soup when you scoop place the bowl.
