Bok l'hong | Green papaya salad















+ Ingredients
   - 130g green papaya, grated
   - 1 medium carrot, grated
   - 1 long bean, cut in 3cm in length
   - 1 tbsp dried shrimp
   - 1 salted crab
   - 4-5 garlic cloves
   - 1 tsp palm sugar
   - 1 tbsp fish sauce
   - 1 tbsp fish sauce
   - 1 tbsp peanut, roasted and coarsely pounded
   - 1 lime
   - 2-3 bird chilies

+ Method
    In the clay mortar, pound dried shrimp with garlic and chilies, then follow fish sauce, sugar, and peanut, continue lightly pounding until well mixed.Next,squeeze lime over and tear salted crab in, the toss in papaya grate, long bean and tomato, lightly pound until mix well.Adjust your taste, then remove on a nice plate, and save.
