K'dam Samout Chha M'rech kh'chei | Stir-Friend Sea Crab with Green Peppercorns

















+ Ingredients
  1.  400g sea crab, cut into 4 parts
  2. 4-5 stems of green peppercorn
  3. 2 tbsp garlic, chopped
  4. 1 tbsp fish sauce
  5. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  6. 2 tbsp soybean sauce
  7. 1 tsb sugar
  8. 1/2 tsp cornstarch (m'sout chha)
  9. 4-5 spring onion stalk
+ Method
    Crab, remove shell and its body, split into 4 parts then marinate with m'sout soup, soybean sauce, oyster sauce and chopped garlic, let it sit for about a minute. Pour 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil in pan over the medium high heat when heat add chopped garlic and stir-fry until golden and fragrant and then put crab into, and stir-fry constantly for about 1 minute then follow peppercorn and spring onion stalks, and season with fish sauce, soybean sauce and sugar, continue stri-fry. Finally, add m'sout chha, by mixing it with 1 tbsp of water in a small bowl and then pour into the before transferring from the heat and place in the serving.
