Na Taing

+ Ingredients
    -  150g minced pork
    - 1/2 coconut cream
    - 1 cup coconut milk
    - 30g peanut, roasted, pounded
    - 5 garlic cloves, chopped
    - 4 shallots, sliced
    - 5-6 dried red chilies, soaked, chopped into paste
    - 2 tbsp fish sauce
    - 1 tbsp m'sow soup
    - 1 tbsp sugar
    - 1/2 tsp salt

+ Method
   Chop pork, and roast peanut the pound coarsely and set aside. Pour oil and pan over the minute heat then add minced pork and stri-fry well, so that it does not stick together in lumps. When half done or it stands  in the heat for 1-2 minutes, add slice garlic, shallots, red chilies and past coconut cream, stri-fry constantly for about 2-3 minute more. Then add coconut milk and season with  fish sauce, salt , sugar and m'sow soup. Lastly, sprinkle pounded peanut and then remove from heat.
