Seemai | Steamed minced Pork Mixture




















+ Ingredients
  1. 250g minced prok
  2. 150g pekuok, cliced into small pieces
  3. 30g dried shrimp, soaked and pounded
  4. 5-6 shallot, chopped
  5. 4-5 garlic cloves, chopped
  6. 2 tbsp cornstarch (m'souw chha)
  7. 1 tbsp white sugar
  8. 1 tbsp soybean sauce
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1/2 handful of onion leaf, cliced into small
+ Method
   Place minced pork, chopped pekuok and chopped onion in a large bowl, then put chopped garlic, shallot, m'saw chha, sugar, soybean sauce, salt black pepper and slice of spring onion leaf and blend well. Then pick alike wrist and roll as ball, then place in a small bowl, make like this until end. And bring it to steam for about 25-30 minutes or until it is cooked.
