- 2kg heel
- 500g lettuce
- 1 crrot, cut in chunk
- 1 onion, sliced
- 5-6 garlic cloves, burned and crashed
- 2-3 slices of galangal, burned and crashed
- 1 tbsp m'souw soup
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 liters of water
- chi (saw mint)
+ Method
Thoroughly clean cow's heel and cut into big chunk the place in large pot, pour in the water and bring ti boil over the medium high heat for about 2-3 hours or more until meant is tender, then add lettuce, sliced, onion, carrot and continue to boil maybe 4-5 minute, then season with m'souw soup, fish sauce, salt,sugar,galangal and garlic.Then remove from heat and serve immediately.
