Soup Kaeng Cheng ko | Beef Soup (Cow's heel)
















+ Ingredients
  1. 2kg heel
  2. 500g lettuce
  3. 1 crrot, cut in chunk
  4. 1 onion, sliced
  5. 5-6 garlic cloves, burned and crashed
  6. 2-3 slices of galangal, burned and crashed
  7. 1 tbsp m'souw soup
  8. 1 tbsp fish sauce
  9. 1 tbsp white sugar
  10. 1 tsp salt
  11. 2 liters of water
  12. chi (saw mint)
+ Method
   Thoroughly clean cow's heel and cut into big chunk the place in large pot, pour in the water and bring ti boil over the medium high heat for about 2-3 hours or more until meant is tender, then add lettuce, sliced, onion, carrot and continue to boil maybe 4-5 minute, then season with m'souw soup, fish sauce, salt,sugar,galangal and garlic.Then remove from heat and serve immediately.
